Just letting you know that my pallet arrived about 9am this morning [Mon] from MacGregors.

Could you please let MacGregors know how impressed I am with their service/PR? Frank [delivery guy] rang the day before to say he would be coming, with an approximate time and to say he would ring again when he was about 20 minutes away from me. He rang again this morning to tell me he was caught in heavy traffic in Ringwood and would be late. He also helps unload and apologised at the end for being late.

Can't get much better than that!
